Located on the depot of the Cottbus Transport Services in Neu Schmellwitz, the new administrative building was provided with MULTIBETON underfloor heating in the summer of 2000. Offices and sanitary equipment, the tram and bus drivers' lounge as well as the big semicircular conference room were equipped with MB Screed System 17 by the MB Partner Morgner.
Plastic coverings, paving tiles and fitted carpets were selected as final floor covering for well over 1,000 square metres of floor space.
