This office complex was completed in 1999-2000. MB-Partner BAJ installed the MB-Estrichsystem which totaled 1770 m². Floor heating systems were installed in the customer area on the ground floor and in management offices on the top floor. Material used as flooring included granite, marble and other exotic stone plus tiles, carpeting and parquet.
