With its three buildings in Berlin's Hansa Strasse, Möbus Automobile Sales ranks among the largest of its kind in the region. VW-Audi, Hyundai and Peugeot are available here. But even these three buildings were soon inadequate, making it necessary to expand existing structures. A topping-out ceremony was subsequently held in April 1997 for the new Linden-Center addition in which VW and Audi were to be offered on two stories. And appropriately enough, a VW Beetle decorated the roof instead of the traditional crown.
The decision for a floor heating system was made at the last moment. MULTIBETON and the contracting MULTIBETON-Partner, Bakendorf GmbH from Berlin, reacted quickly: Both planning and supplies were completed within one week. Due to the short-term completion, an additional installation device was also available. Bakendorf GmbH installed 5500 running meters of Euro-Pipe in 58 heating circuits. The special final floor covering created a super effect on 963 m² of heated surface: gravel sealed in artificial resin.
