Already since the end of the 19th century, the Posthotel in Achenkirch has been serving as a station to steed and rider. Today’s wellness hotel has its own riding school – with the biggest private Lippizaner breeding in Europe – but also offers quite a lot to man.
Guests are provided with many opportunities for leisure-time activities through more than 150 rooms and suites, beauty farm, Tyrol’s greatest bathing and sauna landscape with more than 5,000 m², tennis and squash courts, shopping mall, hairdresser’s shop, goldsmith and fitness centre belonging to the hotel.
The driveway, made of pieces from mosaic, that leads up to the hotel, is kept free of snow and ice in the winter by means of an MB Open Space Heating in order to enable guests to arrive in a safe way. MULTIBETON’s partner, Georg Kainrath, has mounted MB System Pipe 17 on structural steel mats on an area of 200 m². The system is run by the hotel’s oil heating.
