The "Brasserie" Restaurant was opened in the year 2000. It is situated in the former horse-drawn street car depot of Holy Wawrzyniec out of the 19th century, right in the middle of Kazimierz, the former Jewish Quarter. MB-Partner BAJ installed 200 m² of MB-Estrichsystem. The final floor covering consisted of various tiles.
