The two buildings differ considerably in appearance, Murkel I is star-shaped, Murkel II elongated; both objects therefore optimally fit the shape of the grounds. Like Murkel I, the object is the latest state-of-the-art in technical and biological building.
The invisible MULTIBETON heating provides the prerequisite for free architectural design.
Large window fronts, several storeys, economical room distribution in exclusive and large buildings, all this is possible.
What is invisible doesn’t need to be cleaned. What is invisible cannot get in the way and doesn’t take up any room and living space.
We are also thinking about children who crawl about and play on the floor a lot.
Also worth mentioning is the use of ecological building materials and the solar-aided heating with a highly modern heating system and hot water tank. Of course, such a modern heating system also includes a minimum temperature heating system such as the MULTIBETON-Underfloor heating. The MULTIBETON floor system with flow concrete is used in both buildings, with parquet upper flooring. Murkel II has been laid with the MULTIBETON-Underfloor heating over 800 square metres by the MB partner Willi Schmitz in Lohmar.
