"Sporting Club Berlin" is located on the Scharmützel Sea. This idyllic site has always been a popular address among sports figures and actors. Max Schmeling lived here along with Victor de Kowa even prior to the last war. And Boris Becker has purchased an apartment in one of the new complex buildings that was finished in the Spring of 1997. Especially the "problem" areas of the Club with its filigree corners and steps and its several stories - approximately 1000 m² of leisure time area, including swimming pools and sauna - could only be managed using MULTIBETON heating installation.
