The urban mansion located in the west of Bonn has a large-scale space heated by means of the MB Screed System. In 2002, 3,800 running metres of MB Euro System Pipe were installed here. The system's 49 load circuits are heated by one fuel value unit.
Apart from tiles, mainly beech wood parquet in 15 mm thickness was used as final floor covering.
